Solstice Hill Farm is a small, family owned, mainly vegetable farm located in beautiful Schoharie County, New York that uses sustainable and environmentally friendly practices: no synthetic or chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers are used. We took the NOFA-NY Farmers Pledge.
Farmer Clemens Mackay was born and raised in Dorloo and Cobleskill; returning to family land in 2010 after 10 years away, he began his fifth season living and working on farms. Farmer Jenny Rosinsky is committed to the ethic of sustainable living and is raising her three children in an environment that is conducive to that ethic.
